3.2 Account Verification
7r77 may at any time request verification of identity documents, proof of address, or other documents as part of the KYC process. This process is conducted for the security of users and to prevent fraud.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at 7r77 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are only accepted through these four methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method and account used at the time of deposit. Additional identity verification may be required in some cases.

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The 7r77 welcome bonus is up to 200% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳6,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus (the maximum cap), giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on bonus funds only — not on the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Each user may receive the bonus only once
- If a withdrawal is made after accepting the bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled
- Each bonus may have its own expiry period
- 7r77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion
If bonus benefits are abused or bonus claims are attempted through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
The 7r77 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Weekly cashback goes up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. VIP tier is determined based on regular participation and activity on the platform.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games on the 7r77 platform operate in accordance with the fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no one can predict or influence any result in advance.
- If a technical error occurs during gameplay, the affected bet may be cancelled
- In the event of a disconnection, the bet amount may not be refunded — the outcome will be determined by the game's own logs
- In the event of a dispute over any game result, 7r77's system logs will be considered the final evidence
6.2 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. In any dispute related to betting markets, 7r77's decision will be considered final. Odds may change during live betting.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on the 7r77 platform. Violations will result in the immediate closure of the account and may lead to appropriate legal action:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools
- Attempting to manipulate game results or odds
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
- Creating an account using fake identification or another person's information
- Fraud or abuse of the bonus system
- Providing false or misleading information
